FAQ

What is the difference between RECOVERY and RELIEF?
This is our most frequently asked question. Recovery is a contrast ritual that combines the heat of the sauna with an ice bath (3–6°C) to help your muscles recover. Relief is a sauna-only session (35 min), ideal for those looking to detoxify their skin and relax deeply without getting into cold water.
We have a special room heated to 35–37°C for our ā€œHotā€ and ā€œIntenseā€ classes: Barre Intense, Hot Mat Pilates F, and Hot Yoga. The rest of our classes (Barre Define, Mat Pilates Sculpt, Yoga, Reformer Sculpt, and Reformer Intense) are held at room temperature.
We recommend starting with REFORMER SCULPT (formerly Balance). This class is designed to help you master technique, alignment, and control. Once you feel comfortable, you can challenge yourself in REFORMER INTENSE (formerly Burn), which is our high-intensity, high-resistance version.
For your safety and that of your baby, we recommend YOGA (Hatha), as it features gentle and safe poses. Important: Hot classes (Hot Mat Pilates F, Hot Yoga, Barre Intense) and Vinyasa sessions are not suitable during pregnancy.
Mat Pilates Sculpt is a fluid class at room temperature focused on mobility and mind-body connection. Hot Mat Pilates F (formerly Sweat’n Sculpt) is performed in a heated environment (35–37°C) to enhance deep muscle work, induce sweating, and detoxify the body.
