HOT MAT PILATES
Pilates Mat in heat Room at (95ā99°F) that combines strength, control, and conscious breathing. The heat enhances deep muscle work, increases mobility, helps detoxify the body, and stimulates lymphatic drainage. A session designed to sweat, strengthen, and sculpt from the center of the body outward.
MAT PILATES SCULPT
A fluid, dynamic class designed for conscious movement. It combines sequences with Mat transitions and core activation to release tension and enhance the mind-body connection. Ideal for a light, restorative, heat-free practice focused on mobility and gentle stability.
DEFINE BARRE
A low-impact session focused on deep activation, alignment, and body control. Through precise, ballet-inspired movements, we build strength and mobility without overloading joints. Ideal for toning, improving posture, and recovering from intense workouts through a safe and mindful foundation.
BARRE INTENSE
A high-paced session that raises the challenge through dynamic sequences and longer time under tension. REFORMER INTENSE
A dynamic, high-intensity class designed for full-body strength, precision, and fluidity. It combines classic Pilates principles with challenging transitions and increased resistance to activate the core, legs, and arms at a deep level. Ideal for experienced practitioners looking to take their training to the next level.
REFORMER SCULPT
A class focused on technique, alignment, and conscious execution of the Pilates method. Work on breathing and posture to perfect each movement, deeply activating the core, glutes, and limbs. Ideal for building a solid foundation and training with greater precision and body awareness.
Recovery
Includes Sauna + Ice Plunge.
A thermal contrast ritual combining a sauna and an ice plunge at 3ā6°C. Ideal for accelerating muscle recovery, reducing inflammation, and revitalizing the nervous system after training.
RELIEF
Includes only Sauna.
